    Called the shop to discuss a serious issue I'm having with huge amounts of lost data on my Macbook. The man was very abrupt, not very friendly or happy to help, instead wanting to rush me off the phone and telling me they don't deal with this issue even though it clearly states on their website that they manage data recovery. Very disappointed.

    Were able to quickly diagnose the issue with my laptop and repair turnaround was within a few days, with no data loss suffered. Brought my Acer laptop in; when updating a few drivers, I was prompted to restart my PC. Upon restart I found myself stuck in an automatic repair loop where I couldn't access the desktop, and was absolutely stressed about potentially losing access to the device I use for creative work. Friendly and straightforward with the potential issues and cost, and told me everything up front before proceeding with repairs. When collecting my device, I was given advice on how to prevent the same issue occurring again. I will certainly be going back should anything happen in future (hopefully not!).
