I have a slightly more complex setup for my home office than your average user. However, following an initial visit, Barnaby was able to see what I was trying to achieve and advised me on the best way to implement whilst keeping with my existing kit. I have a Unify Dream Machine Pro with built in secure Gateway / Firewall and wanted to add a second Internet line to increase my connectivity speeds. Unfortunately the UDM Pro only allows for Passive failover, whilst I wanted to load balance across the two lines. Barnaby advised on the best solution and had it implemented within half a day of being on site. I would strongly reccommend Barnaby and his team for any home workers that need a bit more support than remote support teams can provide.

I was recommended by several contacts to get in touch with Barnaby as I needed 2 laptops fixed and I didn't feel comfortable with walking into a random computer store and trusting them with the laptops (as I have heard stories that some stores switch to cheaper parts). Having heard such good things about the service Barnaby provides, I decided to go ahead with him and that was the right decision. I quickly felt at ease that I was in safe hands and he went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly and just worked for me. Quick communication and always reliable.
