Bought an Acer all in one about a year ago - it was extremely slow from day one! Should have taken it back really but stuck with it. However, it got to the point where it was just taking so long to do anything it became unusable - 5-10min full boot up time, 1min at least to open anything and sometimes longer. Took it into Rich and he has sorted it replacing the slow HDD with a 1TB SSD and mapping everything over from old HDD. It is amazing! Switch it on and it boots up ready to use in seconds! It’s like a totally different machine. Highly recommend this place - thanks again!
