I made an appointment at 14:30 and arrived about 10 minutes early. I was told the wash would take about 45 minutes. So, I wandered around Frosts for this time, which I have no interest in as I don't have a garden. When I returned, they hadn't even started to wash my car. I was fuming! I asked for my key back and left. This is a shame. If they'd done a good job of washing my car I would have become a regular customer, but now I will be seeking a car wash elsewhere.

Probably the first time ever I'm truly satisfied with the job done by any car wash... if you're really picky you'll find some imperfections but then again YOU probably do in everything... this isn't £1000 detailing service so you have to manage your expectations but booking process dead easy, no delays even on Saturday, finally a good place to wash my car.
