2.5 months ago I ordered a bed and sofa from istikbal. When ordering, they asked me if there is an elevator and if it can fit in the elevator, I said there is an elevator and it can fit. yesterday was the delivery day and they said they could not take the stairs to the 8th floor because the sofa bed did not fit in the elevator. I said before ordering that my house is on the 8th floor. nobody told me we can't take the products with the stairs if they don't fit in the elevator. no one told me to get elevator measurement. They said if you don't give me extra 350 pounds like mafia, we won't take it out. I had to pay 350 pounds out of necessity. this company is a scam. There is absolutely no concept of quality service. There is a problem of how to extort money from the customer. They are trying to make money from people by giving incomplete information.

We bought a corner sofa from them last year and it’s been our best furniture purchase so far! Luckily it was in stock and we got a free home delivery - the delivery guys put the sofa together in like 20 mins so all we had to do was sit and chill lol ^^

I have been very long term customer of Istikbal UK London. I really thought they valued my customer service till I had a request. I ordered a bed in March delivery for 30th June. Istikbal UK called me and said we cannot deliver as per your requested days. I was quite upset I need it the bed because I had all family coming around. Anyhow we managed sleeping arrangements some how. I haven't been updated for quite sometimes with new delivery dates and I gave them a call! I said I am off for holidays in August I cannot except any deliveries...- if there is one. Product was still not available. (I placed the order in March now August) I advised Istikbal UK September I am back however we have a building side I asked them kindly if they can keep it till we are bit more suitable. Istikbal UK said NO. - I said ok bring it in and I will keep it in safe place. Paid all fees all was good. We managed to settle in our new bedroom 25Nov2022 slept one night if you call that sleeping. The bed I placed an order was Viscolex and my all other beds are Visckolex. I never been advised Istikbal have a new product Viskoflex, now this new product is a very hard firm bed - I asked the sales man to sale me Viskolex what I bought 10 years ago they never advise me that the product has been changed. I trusted their knowledge as I was their old valued customer. I called the Saturday afternoon advising them that I am not happy - I informed them and I asked what can be done the lady said we charge %40 and we can refund the rest if you are not happy. I said I need to try a bit more just in case I am not making error of my decision. I need bed not refund? We slept one more night and my husband and I woke up like an ill. 48hrs no sleep absolutely lost a life leaving. (Unfortunately for me after the phone call been very tied and stressed with Istikbal UK, I rolled from the top of the stairs lost a balance, that add more pain to my daily life.) I called 2nd day asking what we can do? The answer was try it for 2 months and you will get used to it. WOW On Top of that... I have been asked if I put some building materials on top of the bed - I been directed to the conversation I might be lying of the status I am declaring to them and unfortunately Istikbal UK cannot come up with any alternatives - All was my problem now. All I asked how we can resolve this matter as I am not happy with the product they have sold me. Answer from the company...Again - Sister what we will do with 2nd hand bed ??? Answer from me... - Ask Istikbal to look into customer satisfaction and offer alternative or refund ...????? None of them happened...!!!! On their website says 24 Month warranty ? about what the satisfaction of the customer or product ...???? I take it product ones you pay the rest does not matter. All other UK firms selling bed try for 60 days full refund if you not happy. I am not going to say don't buy from Istikbal make your own choices but when you buy there is no refund. As a Turkish I want it to pass my business to Turkish firms but obviously when the money is taken the rest does NOT matter. ISTIKBAL UK... YOUR NEED IS GREATER THAN MINE YOU HAVE IT. You lost a loyal customer never again ..I will also will raise the matter to Istikbal Turkiye
