Went to eat at Istanbul shawrma and I was extremely disappointed. Never got the food to try, service was dreadful and atmosphere was a case of when are we getting our meal that we ordered over 30 minutes ago. They kept saying g yes we are getting it ready, which they never did. In the end we walked out. They need to buck up their ideas and get more staff otherwise this place will never get better.

Terrible experience. They updated the delivery time with 1 hour delay!!!! Then they cancelled my order. Justeat did nothing. So my son waited hungry for nothing. My time wasted for about 1 hour 45 minutes. Never order from here again

very bad, weird spices like cinnamon in shawarma. Chicken shish is dry, potatoes are softened and waited a lot. Tasteless, waited dull and stale food. not recommended at all.
