Unfortunately, we arranged for Ison Harrison Guiseley to complete our wills. They made many errors within the paperwork, the fatal issue the paperwork being sent to the wrong address. The letter had absolutely no return address on neither was it sent via a secure delivery method. After we - not ison harrison - had managed to track down the letter it had been opened. This paperwork contained every piece of personal and financial detail relating to us. This was at the beginning of December. We have since called and written to them asking for a response, yet to date (some 7 weeks later) we are still to receive even a mere apology. We are now seeking guidance on pursuing this complaint further. Avoid if you would like your private credentials to remain private, that is if they actually return your calls.
