Paid these lot a lot of money to deal with my sale and purchase. Wouldn't use them again. Most of the time I was told little about what was going on, more often than not they were 'waiting for a response' or that they 'haven't heard anything'. I found myself having to do all the chasing up myself, ringing round other parties in the chain to see where we were, effectively doing the job I was paying them to do. More than happy to send an email and wait days for a reply instead of just picking up the phone. Then when I was given a date to move I was able to arrange a removal company, start date for my new job etc the date turned out to be wrong, eventually got moved nearly 3 months after the first completion date. Really don't know what I paid these over 3k for
