The business I work in had a requirement to attain ISO 9001 Audit Training so I was tasked with sourcing a company that could provide this and I came across ISO Quality Services Ltd (QSL) and what a find they were. With a few hundred colleagues to train to ISO 9001, QSL jumped at the opportunity to work with us, to understand how our business worked and to bespoke a course to suit our needs. The training is outstanding and has been received by our colleagues fantastically. The difference it has made to business processes and the understanding it has given to Audit is plain to see the minute the courses are completed. All the staff at QSL are professional, friendly and easily approachable, they have done their utmost to support the training even though we needed nearly 20 courses planning at short notice.
