Went in to replace my battery and they broke my screen. They told me there's a 5% chance, but there are huge chips and scratches along the side which looks like they weren't careful with it. How is this place in Google's website as the authorised repair center? Update: they said it's my fault and offered me a 20£ discount to replace the screen which they broke. Sounds like an infinite money hack to me.
