I prebooked a repair so that they could order the new screen, dropped off the device for repair, fine. However 3 weeks later I still haven't got a repaired device back! Called 3 times to try and get an update and nobody answered the phone after being on hold for 10 minutes. Went in person to try and get an update after 2 weeks, told it was still not available, after 3 weeks have still not had an update or a repaired device bag. Shocking service.

I've used iSmash on two occasions. The first occasion was a year ago or more, and it was completely positive - friendly team, cheap price, problem fixed. I'm not sure if I left a review at the time, but if I had, it would have been 5*. The second time around was more recent - I believe it was in March. I dropped in at the Meadowhall store and my iPhone battery was replaced. However, it's actually worse than ever (I'm not even sure the work was done), so I've twice contacted customer services to try and get it sorted (or a refund processed). I emailed them on 24th April, and then again on 8th May. Still no response, and still having battery issues. At this point, my trust is broken and I won't be returning. £35 paid, then scammy behaviour. I'd avoid this company!
