Went to change the glass at one of the rear cameras of my iPhone pro and the camera glass was falling off the phone! Happened again went back to fix and yet again the glass is not properly placed! I will be coming back and asking for a refund and go to Apple ! Terrible service !

My phone screen was cracked, ridiculously so. I couldn’t see 60% of the screen. I went in on a Sunday on a tight schedule and Abu and Yusef were really nice and fixed ma phone within half an hour. Thanks Guys! Made my day 🙏🏾

I cannot recommend this shop as Authorised Google Repair Centre. After Google Customer Service authorised a physical repair of my phone, I have now visited this shop four times. Every time they find a different excuse not to complete the repair. Today, without running any lab test on the phone, they told me that mine is a software issue, not hardware, so there is nothing they can do. On occasion of my previous visit, after I told them that I was due to travel a couple of days later, they told me it would take three days to repair the phone (today they told me three *hours*). And the list goes on. So, don't waste your time here if you are looking for a warranty repair on your Google gear. I give them an extra star because they weren't rude. Just useless.

Expensive and time consuming, they said device would be ready by 230 latest, ended up not being ready until 4. £290 for a new screen, least you expect is a decent service but cest la vie, what's done is done and cannot be undone

Extremely helpful and friendly staff!! Huge shoutout to Asham & 'H' :D Had a great customer service experience both times:) My screen got smashed and I needed a replacement. They work very fast, and they managed to squeeze me in last min before they closed. They also helped a lady out by charging her phone, though she came in close to closing hours too.

For them to be open on a bank holiday is one of the reasons I’ve given a 5 star. But furthermore. These two gentlemen went above and beyond with my laptop. I went in for just a battery change, the gentlemen noticed it needed a clean, and cleaned the laptop for me free of charge! They were soo quick and efficient and most importantly, they were absolutely lovely. So polite and reassuring. I will 100000% only have my Apple products fixed at this store ONLY in the future 👌I trust them completely
