Absolutely terrible I had a broken screen on a Samsung s23 ultra. I got a quote of 289 to have it fixed the next day. So on arrival I was informed it would take approximately 4 hours I handed over the phone and went out the shop I went back 3 and a half hours later to be told the screen is fixed but the front camera does not work after speaking with the head technician Adrian who changed the screen and all he could say was oh I don't no why but we will give you a 30 pound discount I spoke to jarmaine who said he would deal with it so after all of this I got a call Monday saying OK spoke with the customer care team and they have said they will give me a discount on my next visit to ismash for a repair well never again will I use this company emailed a few times now to costumer care and no reply ongoing legal advice is the next step

They were really helpful and the parts my phone needed to repair. They said that they would call me when my phone should be ready to collect but never did. Apart from that, it was excellent service from start to finish. Speedy service. Friendly and efficient staff. Really professional and managed my expectations and realistic with repair time.
