I stumbled upon Ismad London in 2016. Had a lovely chat with a gentleman on the market who told me about manufacturing process, leathers, brand itself. long story short, 90% of the time you'll see me wearing my favourite Sam saddle bag (and Ismad wallet inside). the leather is very high quality pretty sure it will last me a lifetime and then i'll leave it for grandkids or something :) thank you!

Bought a phenomenal leather messenger bag , unfortunately the clasp that holds the leather strap on broke within a few days of purchase. As I don't live in London I was unable to take advantage of their warranty. Fast forward a year ended up making a short trip for few days and they repaired it within 48 hours grabbed it before I headed to heathrow. Exceptional customer service. Great bag wouldn't hesitate to buy another product!

I have had to return a simple leather shoulder bag twice now within a matter of weeks of purchase. Unfortunately this business has a serious issue with the quality of manufacture. Which is very unfortunate as I'd like to see them do well. However they do respond promptly to these issues and my overall impression is of a business trying to offer a high quality product.
