No one from sales responds to your emails or phone calls. Not sure what else I can do to get in touch with them. Having read other reviews on here, it looks like this is typical behaviour.

I am giving 1 star because I can't give zero. I was attempting to purchase a shared ownership property through ISHA and the experience was horrific. They didn't answer emails, gave misleading and inaccurate information and finally after approx. 7 weeks of waiting informed me that the property has been allocated to someone else. They would have known this information 7 weeks ago. I have been left with nothing but stress and now a massive distrust for the entire system.

I have been in ISHA property for the last 18 years and the lift has continuously broken down. We have been without a lift since 21st October 2022 and nothing has been done. All ISHA does is tell the tenants different excuses to why the lift doesn't work. If you try to email ISHA no one responds. If you try and speak to a Manger they are either in a meeting or training or not in. Honestly with the amount of training ISHA staff do you would have thought they would know how to do their job properly. But clearly not. ISHA get a grip.

I would like to mention two individuals. Sharon Thompson who is an excellent Housing Officer. Great communication, supportive, honest and she gets things done. The second person is Sumaya on Customer services. Well done to the HR team for hiring such an exceptional candidate. She's very proactive and again, great communication and helpful. Sumaya has common sense. So far I can only relay positive feedback. It's still early days but I'm hoping the negative comments on Google will be rectified and noted. As for my Mother being a new tenant, hopefully there will be no issues in the future with this Housing Association, as I like organisations that do their jobs!

Same as everyone else is saying they are completely useless! No communication what so ever. But if your late with your rent they are straight on your case! They pass the issue from person to person and still nothing gets done. I thought Peabody were bad but Isha are something else! I’ve even been emailing CEO and still my problems are not resolved! All you get is “ they are waiting on a part”. Where do they get their parts from? The moon??? This is London! How difficult is it to find parts??? Our lift had been out of order for nearly a month now and guess what? They are waiting on a part! 82 steps I’m climbing a few times a day and it’s killing me! I’m seeking advice over this! Bet they are all on good wages too for total incompetence 😡😡😡

Update - They sent a team and are investigating this to rectify this trespassing. Still not resolved but they are working on it. Extremely disappointed. Our bike store has been broken into and non-residents are parking their scooters, ebikes with possible contraband. No action taken whatsoever. These non residents also have fobs so can break into our building at will. We’ve emailed the relevant people who are apparently in charge and they’ve not responded to home owners like myself. Let alone the tenants on social housing. A poorly run and managed properly company. Will be approaching an ombudsman to action this.

I have had a mice problem in my flat which ISHA have supposedly dealt with numerous times. They call in a contractor to lay bait then after some weeks they get a report, send another contractor in to "fix" the problem as per the report but the contractor has no idea what to do, then botches the job now I have more mice than ever running across my kitchen counter tops (which is a health hazard) and in my front room. I cannot eat. I have asked for ISHA to temporarily put me somewhere else while they deal with the problem as I'm vulnerable and suffering with mental health issues. They say we will send another contractor round in 6 weeks! when they get another report. I'm asking to be temporarily rehoused until they sort the problem out but no one is coming back to me. Also the bin store downstairs is not sufficiently maintained which exacerbates the problem. Monique seems to be the only responsive person in ISHA and I'm hoping she can sort this. This is mice, bait, ISHA repeat. I cannot live like this and ISHA don't seem interested. Maybe when I'm hospitalised they'll take notice. Although I'm not sure they will!
