She is kind, supportive and extremly knowledgeable- which ensures a trust and confidence. Treatment sessions are very professional yet comfortable, and she commutes clearly what she is doing and why throughout the process. Denise also offered advice about stretches that could be used outside of appointments to ensure I could manage the pain, and helped with the recovery process. I scheduled an appointment with Denise after tweaking it recently, and I am so happy that I've found her. By my 2nd appointment with her, my back was feeling the best it has in years — I walked out of the clinic feeling like a new person. She's helped identify misalignments and imbalances that have been contributing to the pain, and I appreciate the variety of methods she uses during treatment (massage, stretching, gua sha, acupuncture, etc). Not only is she super knowledgable, but as other reviews have stated, she is incredibly kind and has a wonderful calming energy that just adds to the overall experience. 10/10 would recommend.
