I have had dealings with Islington Trowbridge a few times now. This most recent has been beyond the best experience I have had. Millie DeBoer was the sales lady in charge and from day 1 she was amazing. I’m not the quickest as replying back to people as I always forget, yet she was always so patient. She got me an amazing deal on my new and old car. A deal that was far superior than the last deal I was offered 6 weeks previous. Millie went through everything with me quickly and efficiently and most importantly treat me like a human and not a sales pitch. If anyone is looking for a new or used car please pop in and see Millie. I would without a doubt recommend her to anyone looking. I can’t thank her enough for making the hardest week of my life a brighter one. Thanks kid.

After going to another garage and feeling pressurised to buy the first car I test drove, I came away feeling deflated. I decided to go up to Islington motors for a look around, where I was instantly met by the lovely smiley and friendly Jon, whilst looking around for a newer car. He was a breath of fresh air, very down to earth and not your average pushy sales person type (that put you off). He was genuine and truthful and really put your mind at ease, had a test drive and loved the vehicle and decided this was the one for me, was a very easy process throughout, had a clutch issue a week later which was quickly and effectively dealt with by Tony and the service team and the issue was resolved by their amazing technician guy lee. All the staff who I have dealt with here are brilliant and have great customer service skills and experience, I honestly can’t fault them. I would highly recommend to anyone if you want a decent reliable car Islington motors Trowbridge is the place to go. Thank you for a very pleasant service throughout, you’re a great team and been very helpful.

Choosing your dealer is just as important as choosing your car. Luke at Islington Motor Group called me within 5 minutes of my email enquiry, gave us a competitive quote within 30 minutes. He had answered all my questions and taken our order before the end of the day. Less than a week later we collected exactly the new car we wanted and he provided a comprehensive and informative handover. 11/10. Unlike two other dealerships, one never replied at all (other than an automated email response) 0/10. The other who, after a test drive, failed to send us the quote promised despite two email reminders, and three phone calls. Each time, I was assured I would get a call back. I didn't until four days late, after I had provided feedback using their automated customer dis-satisfaction survey! 2/10.

Jon Howcroft gave terrific advice and service when purchasing a new MG4 LR. Service when collecting the car was fabulous - it came fully-charged. Car was pristine when collected and Jon took the time to run through how it worked. A few minor delays with delivery of the car, but that was outside the dealer's control - once they had information, they passed it on swiftly.
