Not happy with the service at this GP. I waited for 53 minutes for a receptionist to pick up the phone to attend to my query. I told her my personal information as well as the health issue that i have been having only for her to suddenly tell me that she was unable to access my information because the service was down. If that is the case why not give out a warning to patients who are seeking help about this so that we are not left wasting time waiting around to get through to someone. The receptionist came across very insincere and eager to get off the phone. I'm honestly fed up of the service at this GP and the careless attitude towards people like myself every-time I call up about a query. It is not okay.

This clinic is strange for repeat prescription! Every time I have to check pharmacy several times. My previous GP was sending my prescription at the same moment that I called them. But here I have to send email and is not clear they have issued or not!!

Excellent new girl on reception. Friendly warm and helpful. She went above and beyond in her duties. She even went to get me some water prior to my blood pressure test. The only disappointment was a very unprofessional plump male saw that she had vacated reception for all of 10 seconds and began abruptly telling her she must never leave reception. For a 'senior' member of staff (I presume, as he was old and threw his weight around) I would expect him to know you should never have those sorts of discussions in front of customers or be so rude to new staff. I would suggest some additional training is needed for him! Thanks to the ladies on reception for such a good service.

Received very prompt service today! Called at 8 a.m., was told I was 7th in the queue and receptionist answered within 5 minutes. Phone appointment with doctor made immediately, was told he/she would ring between 8.30 and 11.30. Doctor rang at 8.40 and we had a very pleasant conversation, problems sorted. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

Amazing GP!! My whole family attends this GP and it’s the best GP we have been too. Everyone that works there is amazing, very kind and helpful! From the receptionist to the doctors all amazing!
