I booked a taxi in advance to take my cat to the vet (normally a stressful experience). This wasn't too much trouble (can be with others, especially Uber!). The person on the phone was very helpful and it was useful to be able to pay over the phone. The driver was friendly and professional- very grateful that he was OK with animals in the car! Will use again.

I do advanced bookings which they seem to tell me to ring on different times and when I do I got spoken to rudely by a gentleman tonight at 730pm who refused to accept it I do like the service on the whole but feel like I'm not treated has a good client which is awful I wouldobe to discuss this with management

Awful customer service. I booked a taxi on behalf of a regular client who is disabled. The taxi picked us up fairly quickly but 10 minutes later I received a call from their office telling me that my taxi was waiting for us when I explained that we had already reached out destination on the taxi we booked this lady told me that I must have double booked them or call a different company because my taxi was still waiting for us and that I should not use their service again. I asked the driver and indeed he was my taxi from this company, when I called back the lady said she’d made a mistake and needed to hang up because there was another customer waiting; to which I said I was a customer too. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. Do not recommend this people at all. Awful.

Awful business. Booked an airport cab. Was told one price (106) so paid it plus a booking fee. Got told when on my flight that it was going on to now be 40 more because of the train strike. Then rude woman cancelled my trip despite me agreeing to pay cash (and treated me like a criminal when I told her the card I’d used had just been put on hold as abroad and payment to an English firm had triggered hsbc to put it on hold).

Used them twice. Once for an airport transfer once for a trip to a wedding. Both occasions they turned up on time and delivered a good service BUT Both times they called a day before and drove up the price. Both trips coincided with train strikers or holidays hence using the service in the first place. Clearly their website has no link to their actual business and therefore don’t book through there. They also seem to simply make up the price on the stop. So while they are great people and offer a good service - they don’t operate with a customer in mind. So save the time money and hassle and use Addison Lee.
