Phenomenal service from Dani, I had ordered online and he went over and above with the delivery - people moved from the original address but he still managed to fit in the delivery within an hour of getting the new address. So very kind, very impressed and they will now be my go-to London floral delivery service!

Huge thanks to the florists working at the London Bridge ticket hall kiosk. They helped me put a beautiful bouquet together and then when I suddenly realised I'd only got 3 minutes for my train, they got everything wrapped up and sorted in time for me to catch it! Phew! My legs are still shaking and I have a gorgeous bouquet!

I would not recommend ordering online with this company. I ordered flowers online for same day delivery and what they delivered was nothing like what I saw on the website. When I contacted them to complain they referred me to their terms and conditions on their website that they can substitute flowers if not available but the bouquet is completely different with nothing in common and not similar in anyway. They also said that if I ordered a few days in advance they would have been able to deliver. They shouldn’t offer a service that they cannot deliver! I requested a full refund and they said they can only offer 20% off as I have accepted their terms and conditions. I would never have bought the bouquet they delivered in the first place. Customer service is also unprofessional and very poorly handled.
