I have used these vets for years with both of my dogs. However after needing a emergency appointment for my French bulldog we had to go to St George's Vets Wolverhampton who Island vets recommend out of hours. My dog Bruno became ill Saturday night, he was taken to st George's where I paid £350 for a vet to see him and give him tablets. He was taken home where he continued to be ill. Vets were phoned and the only appointment was 6.10pm so my poor dog had to wait still unwell. When seen again I paid £750 to stay over and have test. Tests didn't find anything and at 12am we had a phone call to say he needs fluids but they won't give him any unless I pay another fee of £400 and he would need a scan the next day for more money. I am a single parent and don't have money to spend like this. By 2pm so not even over night he stayed he was put to sleep, for £650 on top of everything else I paid. Thank you Island vets for the recommendation. You all are ment to care about our pets but all you care about is the money 💰
