Terrible customer service from staff. Unprofessional. Need retraining. Even manager is engaged and still provided no meaningful solution.

We ordered 3 poké bowls with sushi rice but we all thought the rice was severely undercooked (almost raw) and even crunchy at some points. This would be an excellent way to get an upset stomach. The staff were friendly, nice and concerned enough to provide a different rice which was much better but also slightly undercooked. Apart from the friendly staff and fresh ingredients, I overall didn't enjoy the taste my tuna bowl. Even after adding all the condiments, it just tasted bland ☹
