I had terrible experience with a veil sister called laila happened many times her attitude towards customers is unacceptable I've complained to latifa few times about how rudely she treats us nothing has changed.i won't be coming back if I see laila she makes me feel unwelcomed!!! how sad to behave in that manner she does.
