Very disappointed with their online services. Placed a substantial pre-Ramadan order for my kids and my credit card was debited immediately but 10 days later still no sign of delivery and absolutely no response from company despite numerous emails and attempts to contact them by phone. Delays can happen......that’s understandable and is not an issue but not responding to customers’ queries and not being contactable is an issue. I hope I haven’t been fooled by this company and that they will “come good” if I can get someone to respond to my emails. Very disappointed as I could’ve order from non-muslim wholesalers and had less hassle.
