We recently appointed Survey First for a Home Survey Level 3 report and were very satisfied with Anwar's quality of work. A clear and thoughtful procedure was set out clearly from the beginning so that we knew what to expect. Anwar was very hard working, responsive and polite. We recently commissioned Anwar to do a home buyer's survey for a property we are purchasing in Harpenden. Anwar consulted us on the best type of report given the condition and age of property. His quote was competitive, he was responsive, prompt and took into our special consideration key concerns we had about the property when doing a survey. Anwar arranged a visit with the real estate agency and the report was available after a few days. The report was very detailed and exceed our expectations in terms of detail and addressing items we were looking for. Anwar then took his time to talk through recommendations and next steps.
