Very disappointed with the administration of this club. We have been paying for their services for a year now and only used it twice. Literally they have picked my kid from school in 2 occasions. In good faith, we have always informed them of not needing their services when not needed so they save money on staff and food and they have taken free money from us for all this time. Because one day there was no battery on my husband’s phone and took us extra 20 min to inform them that they don’t have to provide the service we paid for that day they surcharged us with extra £5. When queried, they threw in our face T&C’s we don’t even remember signing. Either way, as soon as you pay for a service, regardless if you use it or not it should be available, right? Forcing the parent to inform about the service not being needed that day before a certain hour is unethical, specially that they don’t offer any discount for it. The parent pays for the day.. you provide the service- the kid isn’t coming-less work for staff.. you took the money already, throw the remaining food in the bin or give it to an other kid… This is a scam, money grabbing club, taking advantage of lack of childcare in the area. I will be complaining to Ofsted too.

Both boys love this place! The eldest does breakfast and after school club here and the other holiday clubs (which the younger one feels is not fair as he wants to do breakfast club too)! Always coming home with lots that they have made and stories of places they have been. All staff very welcoming and friendly! Would definitely recommend!

Be wary of this out of school club and find another if you can. They like to charge when schools are closed. For example, almost every school in Basingstoke is closed until 7th Jan 2018, but Isis are charging for the first week of January, as if all the schools were open. This is a routine policy. Parents rely on services such as this, and the only reason that Isis can get away with this kind of profiteering is that they are effectively a monopoly in Basingstoke, with scant few other provisions available within the town.
