If you want everything easy and handed to you on a plate, this isn't the club for you, but if you want a real sense of achievement and to push yourself to new levels with each session, come and give it a go

i have been doing ju jitsu for almost 12 years now it has change my life in so many ways. i find ju jitsu is a great escape from the word around me and help me forget about everything going on. it is an amazing place to learn new skills to learn with many people to help support you. also as a women i find i feel much safer knowing that i’m not completely clueless in case anything ever did happen.
