I purchased 4 X Rudraksha for my family on 1 March. I gave 6-8 weeks for delivery as requested but they still have not arrived. I have emailed with no response and called the phone number on Google which was answered by Mihir who said 'wrong number' and hung up. I have been so disappointed with the service thus far and will take things further if not resolved. EDIT: I received the items on 1st July
