Love Emma and the team at isha! Such a lovely, calming environment from the moment you walk in, the music is quiet not too loud or too upbeat either, so relaxing. Isha is very inclusive of everyone, but for me today specifically, it was for my neurodiversity. As I was filling out my consent form I saw a question about my preferences. I find this amazing as this has never even been thought of before or asked before at any piercing / tattoo, in fact any experience, whereby I was asked how as an autistic person, they could make things more relaxing for me personally (lighting, music, no talking etc) it made me feel totally less isolated than i normally do and more comfortable with the entire experience from the offset. Theo was really friendly and helpful at reception too, was really organised and everything was set up when i walked in. Theo helped with my jewellery choices and showed me everything so I could hold it up to my ear as well. The hygiene and cleanliness of the studio is 1 billion percent, so great. Ive never been anywhere, especially a piercing studio, that is SO clean and the piercer actually washes their hands alot; before gloves and changes gloves as they do different things. Emma is very knowledgeable and has a really friendly face too. Emma's demeanour is really chilled and makes you feel totally relaxed and at ease, probably the best piercing experience I've ever had. There are no smoke and mirrors the prices are all explained before the piercing as well... I just loved it today. Please visit isha i really can't recommend them enough ! First time going to Isha & definitely not the last! I had considered going here for a long time as the studio offers high quality jewellery & a more personal experience rather than your typical in & out piercing parlour. Emma was incredibly professional & the best piercer I’ve ever been poked by! I had my rook pierced, the entire experience was nothing like I had ever had before (I have 12 other ear piercings from elsewhere). There was no rushing, no pressure, complete transparency with the entire piercing process, it was truly lovely & made such a wonderful difference. I have another piercing that was pierced elsewhere incorrectly that she kindly had a look at, cleaned & advised me on at no extra charge. Cannot recommend more, very happy customer!

Brought a few different pieces as my post pregnancy cheer up and was not disappointed. I have worn my titanium pieces for 1 year now and only had an issue with the belly button bar popping open (and lost now) because of carrying daughter all the time. Service was fast and professional both for delivery and communication and great advice regarding sizes and questions I had. Overall, would recommend and will purchase again.

Went in today and had a nostril piercing done with Emma, I’ve had other piercings in the past but that never experienced such professionalism. She really explains everything in so much detail, and you can tell how passionate and knowledgeable she is about her craft. Front of house was also very welcoming and friendly, will definitely be back for any other piercings I have.
