I've only had an Isabella awning with my latest caravan. I've been caravanning for over 30 years and have had a few awnings altered. This time I've got a poorly functioning zip which needs to be replaced. I phoned 3 independent repairers who quoted a 3 month lead time and a price that was astronomically high. Isabella quoted a very reasonable price, could do it while I waited and had the parts in stock. Made an appointment to drop it off and a couple of hours later picked it up. Cannot speak highly enough of this company and the outstanding service.

Having purchased 2x isabella directors chairs on only the 2nd occasion of using them I noticed plastic rings on the awning floor!!...it is the plastic spaces used between all the aluminium frame!!...i bought isabella for quality which is what i expect as they are not cheap to buy....they are falling apart!!...i would advise anyone & everyone to avoid this product as it is not built fit for purpose......

Fantastic service up untill the point where they lost our awning, then failed to deliver it on 3 seperate occasions, leaving us out of pocket due to my hubby having to take 2 seperate days off work to wait in for the delivery According to Steve, who reckons he is M.D, who by the way has no customer service skills what so ever; because the courier contracted by Isabella delivered to a wrong address after Isabella labelled the wrong address. "Its nothing to do with Isabella, none of it was their fault, therefore even though a colleague had offered compensation, he is not prepared to reimburse us" Unless we want to spend more money with Isabella, then he will give us a discount! Congratulations Steve. Ten out of ten for your appalling attitude and rude manner.
