Once again had a lovely appointment with Isabella she sorted my hearing aids as they had stopped working. A very comfortable clinic and relaxing surroundings with very friendly staff. I actually look forward to my 6 month appointment with a lady of great knowledge and professionalism. Very professional hearing services, have done a great job with the hearing aid for my elderly mother. Have also sorted wax issues for others I know. Public car park next door with disability spaces for those that need to park close by. Knowle is served by busses from Solihull as well.

Had my hearing tested by Isabella as I wanted to purchase a very expensive Lyric in ear hearing aid. I had booked an appointment to confirm my ear canal was suitable for the Lyric. Can I say I was amazed at the professionalism of Isabella, as rather than sell me what I thought I needed (a hearing aid), I was told there was another option of an operation to restore my hearing. This would mean I would not be spending any money with Isabella now. I have already recommended Isabella to a good friend of mine, so in the long run I’m sure they will do very well out of me 😊 Again thank you so much for your excellent advice.

My father who has Alzheimer's had his ears microsuction cleaned by Isabella Fisher. I could not speak more highly of her skill, kindness and patients in dealing professionally and sensitively with a person with dementia. The reception lady who was there on the day Candice was also really helpful and supportive. Even better the results for him personally were fantastic, it was like he could suddenly hear again - he was virtually a new person! I would highly rate this practice and have no hesistation in recommending Isabella Fisher.
