We went to the showroom in Fareham and was very happy with the advice given to us. We were told the fitter would be in touch in the week to sort a day to come and do a site visit. 5 working days later nothing. I called to ask why I hadn't been contacted, they didn't know and would contact the fitter. Still no call so I called them again and was told to call the fitter!!! I'm sorry but if your the customer shouldn't they do the leg work!!?? They obviously don't want or need the work. Very disappointing when it all started off very positively. Since i wrote this review i have had a woodburner installed by ironcraft and i am very impressed with their service, good communication and the fitting was excellent,leftmy lounge spotlessly clean. Very pleased with everything. Would recommend. 5*****

I used Ironcraft because I found Keith so friendly and helpful. He was excellent throughout the whole stove buying process and I would thoroughly recommend him. Unfortunately the stove I wanted went out of stock and was discontinued but Keith provided me with a higher quality alternative and honoured the original price. This shows how important customer service is to Ironcraft. Also the installation provided by Andi was excellent and overall I am a very happy customer. Thank you

Having visited a number of stove centres we stopped looking after the knowledgeable, unpressurised reception we received from Keith at Ironcraft. Keith put us in contact with Andy from Stoves Hampshire to carry out the fitting and together they made a formidable, efficient team. The work was completed on time and budget and the final result a fantastic enhancement to our living room. In our opinion look no further, highly recommended.
