What is the cost of using your rowing area, and are there any additional fees?

Our prices for using the rowing area vary depending on the length of time you wish to use it. We offer both hourly and daily rates, and we also have discounted rates for regular users. There are no additional fees for using the rowing area, but we do require all users to sign a waiver before using our facilities.

Are there any restrictions on the use of the rowing area, such as age limits or experience requirements?

We welcome rowers of all ages and experience levels at Ironbridge Rowing. However, we do require that all rowers have some basic knowledge of rowing techniques and safety procedures. If you are a beginner, we recommend signing up for one of our beginner's classes or hiring a coach to accompany you on your first few sessions.

What safety measures are in place to ensure the safety of rowers using the area?

Safety is our top priority at Ironbridge Rowing. We have a number of safety measures in place to ensure the safety of all rowers using our facilities. These include providing life jackets, having a safety boat on standby in case of emergencies, and having trained staff on hand to offer assistance and advice.

Can rowers bring their own equipment, or is equipment provided by the company?

We welcome rowers to bring their own equipment to use at our facilities, but we also provide a range of equipment for those who do not have their own. Our equipment includes boats, oars, life jackets, and other necessary safety gear.

Are there any amenities available at the rowing area, such as locker rooms or showers?

We have a small changing area available for rowers to use, but unfortunately, we do not have any shower facilities at this time. We recommend bringing a change of clothes and a towel with you if you plan on using our facilities.

Not the best experience, club had an odd atmosphere so avoided it. The entry point into the water from the jetty is poorly maintained and dangerous objects clearly visible all around. I'd build a bridge from all the Iron but someone beat me to it.
