Similar to another review, they are unresponsive and unprofessional. I phoned this company about a large refurbishment job and was asked to email some photos before they would visit. This I did, but received no reply. A few weeks later I phoned them, received no apology for the lack of response and was told they would get back to me. No one did. Complete waste of my time and added delay to my project, waiting for them.
