AVOID! Phil took our deposit through his other business (Maserati Memories), cancelled the order at short notice and then refused to return our money. We are now taking legal action. [Just noted the owner's response. Some basic facts: 1. Did he take a deposit for a service? - YES 2. Did he cancel that service at short notice? - YES 3. Has he refused to return our deposit? - YES 4. Is that lawful? - NO] Further response: Phil Sturdevant is the proprietor of Maserati Memories and Iris Photography and Design. He has taken our money, failed to provide a service and then refused to return it under the false premise that he can do this because of his terms and conditions. That is against the law.
