You would not think she has been doing the job for so long, as her enthusiasm shines. She always makes me feel amazing! I must commend the other girls as they follow on from their senior staff. In any industry you always need a good leader and this is what they have. Ref the junior staff: Sometimes one can almost see a glimpse of the their leader in them, the professional politeness and eagerness to please. The owner Rena is another strong lady who is the philosophy of her own business…. Amazing ! I feel that the staff look up to her, respect her yet aren’t afraid, as she very approachable and appreciative of their work.
