WELL WHAT A COMPLETE SHAMBLES I HAD WITH THEM OVER THE LAST 3 WEEK. FIRSTLY THEY HAD MY PHYSIO APPOINTMENT CANCELLED WHICH WAS FINE. THEY REARRANGED THE APPOINTMENT. I GOT TO THERE AND WAS TOLD TO GO UP STAIRS. THEY THE RECEPTIONIST UP STAIRS HAD NO IDEA WHO I WAS OR NO APPOINTMENT WAS BOOKED WITH THEM. SHE CHECKED WITH THERE STAFF, THEY TO HAD NO IDEA OF ME BEING ON THEIR BOOKS. I WENT BACK DOWN STAIRS AND WAS TOLD IVE MISSED THE APPOINTMENT (YOU ARE 10 MINS LATE SHE SAID) WHICH THEY TOLD ME WAS DOWN STAIRS. SO HAD TO MAKE A 3RD APPOINTMENT. SECONDLY I WAS ALSO GIVEN THE WRONG INFORMATION OVER 3 WEEKS TRYING TO GET A OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH APPOINTMENT. TO CUT IT SHORT. I WAS EVENTUALLY TOLD THERE WAS A WALK IN CENTRE I COULD JUST TURN UP TO WHEN EVER I WANTED. IT TOOK 3 WEEKS TO GET THIS INFORMATION. BEING DISABLED THIS WAS PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY EXHAUSTING. THANKS A LOT FOR ALL THAT. OBVIOUSLY THE COMMUNICATION IS APPALLING BETWEEN STAFF. WHICH IS A SHAME AS NORMALLY I DON'T HAVE A BAD WORD TO SAY ABOUT THIS PRACTICE BUT THE LAST 3 WEEKS HAVE BEEN HORRIFIC FOR ME.
