Had an electrical issue from the previous owner that 2 garages weren't able to fix, Iridium took it in quickly and found the fault the same day even though its a difficult fault to find. Really reasonable price and alot cheaper than going to BMW directly. If you have a BMW with a fault these are 100% the go to guys. If they can't fix it, no one can

Very disappointed. Booked my M3 in for an oil and filter service as they are a local bmw specialist to me, rang in advance to confirm the Castrol Edge Supercar oil (manufactures requirement) would be used, and they confirmed it would be. Quoted £156 and booked in. Upon dropping the car off I was told “it might be a bit more as the oil has gone up in price, around £220”. Upon collecting the car, I was charged £330! The receptionist was very unhelpful and told me it was because it was an m3 and that was that (which hadn’t changed since I dropped it off or booked). Unfortunately I was running late to pick up my son so had to just pay and leave. I won’t be returning, and feel I’ve been ripped off in all honesty. I’ve actually checked the price for the same service at BMW themselves and it’s £250. Avoid if you don’t want to be scammed. Service: Oil change
