After having a lot of trouble with enterprise through my insurance after a bump, IRG Kings Norton contacted me to book in my repair and sorted me a courtesy car themselves. They collected my car from my workplace and fixed my bumper the same day! Had my car back within a few hours, everyone I dealt with at IRG were amazing.
