Brilliant! Had time pressure, and the problem was found and sorted with three hours. Ronnie & Sasha were open, friendly and human! Not used to such a high level of interpersonal skills in in a tech shop! Nothing was presented as a problem. I felt they both had a passion for their work and Ronnie is a smart computer fixer. The service both pre, during and post was brilliant, organised and on the ball. I am so happy I have found them and can get a service, repair or just ask lay persons questions. I cannot recommend them enough!
