Turned up to my brothers house 8 hours later than the time he said he would and then fixed my screen but broke my volume button and touch ID. On top of all of that he charged almost £200 and now he's not picking up calls and from other reviews it seems like he can’t be trusted.

Fantastic speedy repair person. My IPhone screen was multiply cracked and LCD messed up. Person turned up within couple of hours and fixed them quickly at competitive price. Super pleased and will use again for sure!

I had my screen replaced in July, initially a good service but the screen became defective shortly after. I took it to Apple who said it had been replaced with a cheap screen despite paying £118 for the original Apple screen advertised. I contacted the business about the screen who said that if it was under warranty they would replace it. When he arrived he said the screen may have been damaged because he thought he could smell something that had leaked and refused the warranty. He tried to sell me a replacement screen at discounted price of £80. This is obviously a money making exercise, I wonder how many fall for it. I decided this service was no longer trustworthy and paid the £15 call out fee and left it at that. Be careful, what should and could be a good service is not a reliable one. The screens are cheap and develop faults and is not trustworthy.
