I was buying tobacco, but the staff pretended not to know customer. I give up waiting in line and just left. I was so angry that I wasted my time and decided not to visit again. I guess I should just replace tobacco with liquid vape.

I wish I could leave a ‘zero’ star review. An absolute joke of a company. Signed up online, sent the kit back- unopened, and they took the first payment out my bank- without permission. Have wasted hours and hours trying to get my money back only to be met with rude, unprofessional staff. Their policies are massively flawed with LARGE loopholes, and their standard of customer service communication is disgusting. I would AVOID AT ALL COSTS if I were you. Not worth the hassle or the ag. Abhorrent, thieving lowlifes. AVOID!!! AVOID! AVOID!! I wonder how long until Panorama and Trading Standards investigate 👀 Don’t waste your time!!!
