Malia, and Jeremiah we feel as we have not only adopted a new place to live but a new family! Your warmth and help and want to make us feel welcome was something that I have never felt before. As new clients coming from a new country, it is so amazing to not feel alone and feel that there is help, guidance, and a watchful eye. I am impressed at not only the help you provide to the students but as I kept there at your office day by day the quality support you provide to all your students is something impressive. iQ is the second student apartment I live in in the UK, and the studio has everything I need. It is also very close to the underground station. The most important thing is the very helpful and communicative receptions, they really helped me a lot in my life. I will definitely recommend to friends!

Great pleasure working with this accommodation. Let me first share other experience: Coming from Czech Republic to new place it was stressful finding proper stay. I have dealt with other agency making booking and they make it impossible to trust. They promise full term after making summer booking only for me to learn they lie and tell me they are fully book. I call IQ and they are best in business! Accommodation is newly renovate! Staff is friendly, welcoming and speak perfect english! Thank you! Facility is IMMACULATE! I originally book single room in ensuite to ensure I have place, and Paul upgrade me to private suite style studio. I am very pleased! Thank you IQ! 5 Star! ) Cheers! Niko

This Accommodation was totally amazing. The location was perfect, because it is really close to the underground and you can reach the most important places in a really short time. Also, they totally respect your privacy and you can be totally independent while you are there. On the other hand, the room was very comfortable and had everything that I needed during my stay. The kitchen also was perfect enough for fast meals when I wasn´t out. Finally, the security team was very friendly and helped me every time I needed it, like one time that I needed some assistance with the laundry. I made an amazing friend of the security team, Jay, he is an amazing and kind person that was ready to help me and to have great conversations during my free times 🙌🏻 Totally recommended!

Had a great time residing in Tufnell house, the rooms were reasonable but what made the experience great was the service and ambiance of the facility. Jamil, Jay, and Sean were amazing and so extremely helpful.
