I have been dealing with a severe silverfish issue since September with no resolve from staff, despite complaining multiple times since then. I have had to call pest control myself to find other ways to deal with this, I feel as if my room is no longer habitable for long periods of time as I am consistently seeing multiple silverfish through each week. I am having to spend a couple of days each week at relatives houses as my room feels unsafe and unclean with silverfish breeding underneath my bed and other furniture. Staff gave us insect killing sprays but this is a temporary fix and requires constant spraying almost every few days, which is harmful for me as I am inhaling the fumes. I have made several complaints and I am still waiting for a response, this is unacceptable.
