I didn't stay here but just enquired about the room availability on live chat, mentioning that I wanted to know if there are sufficient rooms (more than 10) or just a few (less than 10). The human chatting with me was so rude with reply "Check the website please?" I'm not showing the full name but the initials "R M.J." as I think this will be sufficient for the management team to find out that person and to improve their customer service.
