However in July August the establishment accepts travelers. In itself, the place is great, gym, cinema, game room… Everything is great. But a few negative points that literally ruined our stay... Note that students will be present to anticipate their recovery. We immediately understand their social background, since NO student, I mean none, said hello to us, even when we said hello to them. The reception agents must have had enough of being repeatedly caught in the wind so they undoubtedly took the same habit since when we passed in front of them, they did not even look at us…. Second thing: we booked a queen size bed (even if the establishment claims not, we have the reservation for proof). What a surprise to find ourselves 9 days in a single bed when there were two of us… So we slept very badly. The window also cannot be opened further than tilt-and-turn. And it's only 3 or 4 cm... I might as well tell you that with 33 degrees at night, we struggled... We asked nicely for the key to open the window normally, but obviously it was not possible. In short, very bad experience, we are also in dispute with them for the queen size bed… (Original) Nous sommes venu passer quelques jours à Londres avec ma conjointe. Nous sommes passés par un site de réservation en ligne pour réserver cette chambre qui est normalement réservée pour les étudiants. Cependant en juillet août l’établissement accepte les voyageurs. En soit, l’endroit est génial, salle de sport, salle de cinéma, salle de jeu… Tout est génial. Mais quelques points négatifs qui font que cela a littéralement gâché notre séjour… Sachez que des étudiants seront présents pour anticiper leur reprise. On comprend immédiatement leur milieu social, puisque AUCUN étudiant, je dis bien aucun, ne nous a dit bonjour, même quand on leur disait bonjour. Les agents d’accueil ont d’ailleurs dû en avoir marre de se prendre des vents à répétition alors ils ont sans aucun doute prit la même habitude puisque lorsque nous passions devant eux, ils ne nous regardaient même pas…. Seconde chose : nous avons réservé un lit queen size (même si l’établissement nous soutient que non, nous avons la réservation pour preuve). Quelle surprise de nous retrouver 9 jours dans un lit 1 place alors que nous étions deux… Nous avons donc très mal dormi. La fenêtre ne peut également pas être ouverte davantage qu’en oscillo-battant. Et ce n’est que 3 ou 4 cm… autant vous dire qu’avec 33 degrés la nuit, on a galéré… On a demandé gentiment la clé pour ouvrir la fenêtre normalement, mais visiblement c’était pas possible. Bref, très mauvaise expérience, nous sommes d’ailleurs en litige payal avec eux pour le lit queen size…
