Living at IQ Fiveways house was the best experience I’ve had. I moved away from home into a brand new area and Amana, Hayley and Elvie have done nothing but made me feel at home. If you are unsure I 100% recommend IQ. Everyone is so loving,kind and caring. They will support you no matter what, any problems they will try and fix it there and then. Thank you IQ team

100% Honest Review!! I read the Google reviews before I joined IQ, but they didn't seem to convince me. I had to stay here because I didn't have any other options. The room was well-kept and included a great bathroom, making it an excellent place for a student to live. They also provided some gifts, which was quite inviting. They do ongoing maintenance checks and security assessments. The management is incredibly cordial and accommodating to all of your needs. The area is also tranquil and safe. They always give you advance notice before visiting your apartment, and the application they provide for us for any complaints is simple and pleasant to use. The unpleasant part will now start. How good you live entirely depends on you and your apartment neighbors. My room was already clean, but my kitchen was a real mess. I was fortunate enough that my flat mates eventually started keeping it clean as well after I cleaned it and maintained it clean myself for several days. Despite our lovely movie nights and get-togethers, we had a common understanding not to bother others. If you find your flat mates to be obnoxious and noisy, it is not the management's or IQ's fault. Every night, a security guard is on duty to assist you in the event that you have any complaints. You can call them at any time, and they will assist you if there are any nearby disturbances. While I've had a wonderful time while being here, some of my friends have had terrible stays because of their flatmates and not the management. There are numerous activities, movie nights, and more!! The finest option in Wolverhampton for a student is this location. My business school was 6 minutes away, ASDA was 7 minutes away, and the distances to JD Gym, Home Bargains, and Iceland were all the same. Thanks to Management Evaldas Navickis, Hailey and the whole Maintenance team and to my best Flat mates. This place is safest in Wolverhampton!!

During my first year I was at studios 51 in Birmingham and their service and hospitality could have better but when I moved to five ways house accommodation it was great. Staff were very help full advised me on all the good things to know and always offer any help needed. My experience so far has be nothing but great staff have made the effort to know the people the leave here and connect with the so if they have any problems they don’t hesitate to ask. Honestly if it’s your first year or if ur currently looking for an accommodation they are the best of the best. That’s FIVE WAYS HOUSE IN WOLVERHAMPTON. Thank you guys.(owe yus chocolate)

- When I came, the light wasn’t working it took them a month to fix it - The toilet seat was broken - It was really dirty (it smelt really damp) - The ceiling under the shower was leaking - The whole area (Wolverhampton) is not friendly, unwelcoming - Staff are very unhelpful- in regards to complaints - The noise above me was ridiculous waking me up at 4am and staff saying they can't do anything about it. - Not many facilities and the ones that are her aren't great compared to the other IQs - The laundry room is expensive considering I pay almost £5000 I thought it would come in the contract but it doesn’t so most of the time I have to do my laundry at my parents house. There are 5 dryers and 5 washing machines (£3.40 for washing machine and £1.90 for the dryer) and there is a lot of us not just in my block but all of us at IQ its ridiculous. They do not have cleaners for the laundry room which I thought was really bizare. - Cars being loud outside and staff do nothing about it even if you report it I wouldn't recommend anyone to live here. As students they think the bare minimum is good enough but when you pay almost £5000 it's not great.

Great location, the rooms are big and there is a lot of storage space. The staff was really helpful with any issues I had faced and they try to fix any problems as quickly as possible. Special thanks to both Hayley and Evaldas who found a solution and tried to help me with any issues I had with the accommodation.
