    Do not live here, i repeat do not live here. Overpriced, broken facilities 24/7, walls so thin you can hear the tiniest bit of chattering from other rooms, construction work every other week starting from 8am, if you don't have the money and liver to spare, don't bother living here.

    stayed 2 years here. Tldr: ripoff prices (incredibly small rooms), terrible quality of service (more often than not pretty dismissal of your queries), even laundry prices are a ripoff and dryers don't work properly half the time. Loud music played by a bunch of students during 1 am-2am, and the building staff does nothing about it.

    I have been living at this building since it was formerly owned by scape where I enjoyed amazing facilities and management and was welcomed to a clean room. I have recently rebooked and firstly was incorrectly told that I could check in on the 3rd of September upon arrival I was told I could not check in as I had checked out in June and could only get my room if was I giving up a room on the 3rd therefore having no place to stay after arguing I was given my room, the room was very dirty and had a horrible smell the floor is greasy and the room required a paint - therefore I reported this to the reception who have been helpful but seems not much is in their control, the receptionists then got the contracted cleaners to clean the room again being told that the room is clean, when I entered the room it was still smelly and still greasy where I decided to do a clean of my own with bleach but had no luck and decided to leave a scent diffuser and the window open to get rid of the smell however, the problem lays in the floor remaining greasy, when asked to speak to a manager I was told that the manager is too busy and she can not see me. I have not been living in this room for the past three days and staying with a friend as a favour. Today for the third time the receptionist came up to my room who also agreed that the floor was sticky and met with the contract cleaner manager who initially insisted that the room was clean and they could not do anything about the smell. If the room is clean, why is there a smell?? I then asked the contract manager if she would live in this room to which she said she would send a cleaner in. As it stands the cleaner has cleaned under the kitchen which is OK and the smell is gradually going but still require cleaning under the counter which I have reported. Although I still feel I will have to do a clean on my own the receptionists have done all they can to help there is also consistent refusal to give another room however the services provided by iQ have been very disappointing and lacking in flexibility and the manager is too busy to solve any of these problems
