All the reviews saying that the lifts don't work are out-dated. Since September 2022, all 3 lifts work 99% of the time. The staff are all very kind, all remembering your name and regularly making jokes and conversation when passing by. Underfloor heating works well and the room fan's are good during hot weather. Also the reviews about maintenance being rude are unfounded- any issue with my room has been solved within a day or two with kind staff

If there was a way to give negative rating , I would do that. This place is a SCAM. It’s -6C in London and in the freezing cold their heating never works. Clearly they are trying on cutting costs and lying to students. My heating and basic facilities were not working in my previous room and they gave me a new room and even then the heating doesn’t work. The manager just comes up with excuses each time she is confronted. I have fallen sick due to no heating but they do not care. They have random maintenance like painting walls that goes on daily just to show students they are doing something . Staff and workers just enter rooms without permission. There has also been a robbery in the building in the past which they do not care about and will still enter rooms without permission. DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY COST.

Great Student Accommodation. My son is living here and although we had reservations having read some of the negative internet comments, it is a great well managed accommodation. The platinum room is excellent like new. It has great view of the city. A lot of storage space and great shower room. The three elevators work just fine, there is security 24/7, very polite staff and management willing to help, quiet clean place great for students. Bus 15 just 1 min from the accommodation going to Covent Garden, walking distance to Barts, many express local market shops below the blg and close, tube just 5 mins away! Area towards west is great with a couple of pubs and restaurants. To the east it seems safe during the day but not so great generally. Only real issue is the cost but it is London! Great accommodation and mgt overall!!!
