Avoid at all cost. The first initial telephone consultation was aborted as their telephone system was malfunctioning (spoke to Michelle). A new telephone appointment was scheduled for the next day (today) but no one rang at the allocated time. When I telephoned 20 mins later to enquire, I was told by Max that they had telephoned. There was no missed call on my phone. Total liars. I would urge Vitality, my insurers, to ditch this unprofessional and lying outfit.

Called this company in the morning to make an appointment for the afternoon. Realised I couldn't make it so called them back 10min later to cancel to which they said no problem. I then got charged through my bank for not attending the appointment for that day. Strongly recommend you think twice before giving this company your payment details.
